Mission Statement: Second Chances is a non-profit volunteer organization whose mission is to provide assistance for local animal rescues and shelters, advocate for the well-being of animals, and educate the community about responsible pet ownership.

The Second Chances volunteer group was created by a gathering of like-minded people with an appreciation for animals.
