Foxy was a beautiful cat with a wild spirit. The early part of his life is unknown, but he was brought to the animal shelter in July of 2016. Sadly, like many others, Foxy had FELV. But we know that now his fear, pain, and suffering are over! Rest in peace, beautiful kitty!
