Maverick, also known as “Grandpa Maverick” was a sweet and affectionate older cat. Shelter volunteers loved to visit him and pet him because he adored any attention sent his way! Maverick was very sick toward the end, and the vet recommended he be euthanized due to a poor quality of life. RIP Maverick – you’re not suffering anymore!
